Pascal leverages his expertise in energy and business strategy as Head of Business Operations at Verse. Prior to Verse, he spent 7 years at McKinsey, where he was a core leader in the firm’s energy transition practice, working across Europe, the U.S., and Central America. He helped utilities expand their renewable energy portfolios through PPAs, supported renewable energy developers with commercial and operational improvements, and was involved in investing in climate tech startups. Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delft University of Technology.
